It is important to us that your personal information remains protected when you communicate with us in any way. Dinner Connection will not provide any personal information we receive from you to anyone else.

Terms and Conditions
You will assume all responsibility for correct storage and transportation of your meals. When you get your meals home you are to freeze your meals at or below temperatures of minus 18 degrees C (0 degrees F). You will thaw your meals safely in the refrigerator and cook within 2 days of thawing. You will follow the cooking instructions provided for each meal, including the instructions regarding the proper internal temperature of cooked foods. You release Dinner Connection from all claims, damages and causes of action or liability that may arise as a result of your preparation, storage or consumption of Dinner Connection meals, except in the case of gross negligence by Dinner Connection.

Refund Policy
We understand that our customers may have to cancel or reschedule an order. Since we order ingredients specifically for each customer's meals, we do ask for 48 business hours notice prior to your pick up time if you need to cancel or reschedule.
With more than 48 hours notice from your pick up time, we will be able to fully refund. With less than 48 hours notice, we are unable to give a refund. We will gladly make your meals for you and arrange for you to pick them up at a later date, although, depending on the date, they may be frozen.
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately.
